What if my project doesn’t conform to your pricing structure?
While our site lists generally used prices for specific services, we provide individual cost proposals for each project. Please contact us if your project does not conform to the options listed on our services and price schedule.
Can you complete my project overnight?
Yes, but it depends on the size of your project. When you submit your project we will provide a date for delivery or request any additional information required for us to ascertain the turnaround time. For standard projects we turnaround projects before noon the next day.
How do I pay?
We accept major credit cards via Paypal, and we accept checks and wire transfers for payments of over $1000 from returning clients.
How will we communicate during the project’s execution?
Your project will be assigned a project manager to serve as your main point of contact. You can direct questions or other concerns to your project manager, by phone, video conference or email.
Where will my files be stored? Will they be safe?
GreenPoint is an ISO certified company with secured servers and a dedicated portal. Client privacy is of the utmost importance to GreenPoint. Our architectural services are subject to the same security protocol as our legal and financial services. Your files will be secured through the most rigorous possible safety protocols.
Can I get a discount from listed prices?
Yes, but it depends on a number of factors. While we have an indicative price schedule on our projects page, we provide an individual quote for each project. We offer discounts for large volumes of work, or sample projects.
Everyone in my office is proficient in CAD and 3D rendering, why would I outsource it?
Some of our clients do not have these resources and rely on us primarily for renderings or CAD work. Others usually do it in house and use us for overflow work. Either way, we do great work and we are easy to work with.
Will you sign an NDA?
Absolutely. In addition, our privacy policy guarantees that your materials will never be disclosed or leave our secured servers until they’re delivered to you directly. Please see our privacy policy.
